Across the nation, we’re living inside a dual mental health crisis: 44% of teachers report frequent burnout, and 40% of high school students feel persistently sad or hopeless. In Nevada, the urgency is even sharper: nearly 1 in 4 youth report major depression, 73% don’t receive treatment, and 2024 brought 1,000+ teacher vacancies statewide.
This is not about broken people.

When a school has a CWCC on campus, culture work becomes real—not performative. The coach anchors practices that strengthen trust, resilience, and psychologically safe team culture.
2) Empower students through Genius Camps (GSUS).
Students gain lifelong tools of self-awareness, resilience, and empathy—and learn to see their unique value.
3) Create a multiplier effect through trained educators.
Educators trained as Genius Coaches bring the tools back into classrooms and student supports year-round—impact that extends far beyond a single camp or training.

CWCC 333 is a national cohort certifying 333 educators to serve as on-campus Culture & Wellbeing Coaches—so wellbeing becomes a shared practice, not a personal burden.
What a CWCC brings back to campus (defined role, not “sunshine committee” energy):
Leads a culture leadership team with consistent practices and shared language
Facilitates structured educator wellbeing circles (confidential, dignity-centered, actionable)
Improves meeting culture (intention-setting, team alliance norms, trust-building habits)
Serves as an internal coach resource—a steady “we’ve got you” presence for adults

Why this partnership is different?
Each CWCC 333 participant completes an implementation-ready experience that results in four credentials in one pathway:
Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach (CWCC)
Talent Dynamics and Teen Dynamics Flow Consultant (TD Flow Consultant)
Certified to Facilitate Educator Wellbeing Circles
Certified Genius Coach (GSUS) — able to support Genius Camps for students ages 10–18 and/or integrate Genius Camp tools into classrooms, advisory, SEL, mentoring, and small groups

We’ve spent 15+ years delivering this work across the U.S., supporting schools to:

And when schools are equipped with at least one CWCC, districts can reduce turnover costs (often estimated around $20,000 per teacher in recruitment/training), reduce crisis intervention burden, and expand access to trauma-informed practices as a standard—not a privilege.

For $7,500, one (1) educator will be granted a full scholarship to become a Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach.
A $500,000 investment can sponsor 67 educators to complete the year-long certification and create ripple impact reaching 200,000+ students over the next decade.

A $500,000 investment can fund 20 Genius Camps (up to 96 students each, nearly 2,000 students), provide student scholarships, and train 10 Master Genius Coaches—building a sustainable pipeline that reaches tens of thousands more students annually through educators.
